Emerald, the green sea turtle, may be our most well-known animal ambassador. But what is less known is how we care for her and her aquatic neighbors. Join us on Sunday, June 14, for a behind-the-scenes look at where her food is carefully prepared, weighed, and charted. You may even get a chance to build an enrichment item for her to enjoy. 

The behind-the-scenes area is mostly accessible; some small spaces will be accessed.  All children must be accompanied by an adult 18+. All event details are subject to change.
